Returns Policy:

    Refunds and Exchanges:

    Should you wish to exchange or receive a refund on an item please return the item to the address below by post recorded delivery or in store within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Please note if you want a refund you will have to send the item back to the address stated above. To avoid any instances of theft in transit do not leave reference to diamonds/jewellery on the parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which occurs during transit of your item. 

    You should package your item in the original box in which it was sent and include the accompanying certificates. Failing to do so could result in a delay in processing your return and, in the case of a refund, could result in a deduction from the refund amount. (Any item which has been worn, damaged or tampered with will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be sent back to the sender). are not responsible for any items lost in transit while being returned to us.     1. We regret that we cannot issue refunds on either special orders or personalised items, including items which have been engraved.

    2. For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept the exchange of earrings once the packaging has been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
